You will collaborate closely with our sales team, clients, and technical experts to deliver value through innovative cloud offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background in cloud technologies and a proven ability to translate complex challenges into business value. The skills required will include:
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing large, global programs/accounts.
- Track record in large-scale cloud transformation programs.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Experience negotiating and managing large, complex deals.
- Solid understanding of cloud and digital technologies, including cloud architecture and multi-cloud environments.
- Proficient in business value-focused solutioning.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
- Collaborative approach with internal stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders towards common goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience representing the organization in executive meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Define program objectives across pre-sales, solutions, delivery, talent, and governance.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Business Groups and Sales to identify key accounts and develop account-specific GTM strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Work with the Center of Excellence (CoE) to tailor offerings and platforms to regional customer needs.
- Promote the adoption and utilization of CoE offerings in delivery engagements.
- Provide insights on emerging trends and technologies.
- Contribute to thought leadership by publishing articles, blogs, and points of view aligned with market and tech movements.
- Establish a detailed governance structure, including roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.
