Description:

As the Catering Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales management. You will motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, cultivate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Review all contracts and amendments for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.  
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.  
• Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to develop compelling sales proposals and packages.  
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in catering sales or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  
• Solid understanding of catering industry trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, will train on other software
