Director of Sales
Prologue, in partnership with an award-winning nonprofit organization, is excited to announce an opportunity for a Director of Sales to join their growing team. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue and overseeing a talented team of senior AEs. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the nonprofit tech space, with a proven track record in sales leadership.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ Senior Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with an average deal size ranging from $50K - $100K.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with organizational goals and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in Nonprofit Tech Sales, with deep industry knowledge and proven success in closing complex deals.
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales Leadership role, with demonstrated success in managing and growing a sales team.
- Strong ability to mentor and coach Senior AEs, developing them into top performers.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar sales pipelines with consistent overachievement of quotas.
Compensation & Benefits:
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $230,000 (base + commission).
