Location: Remote with Client-focused travel (up to 30-40%); preference for candidates close to Major Airport(s)

Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 Base Salary + Commissions/Bonuses + PTO/401k matching/Comprehensive benefits

Position Overview

The Director of Sales HVAC/Dehumidification will lead the sales strategy and execution for our HVAC and dehumidification products for our restoration division. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and establishing long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients in the OEM and Manufacturing sectors
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management in the HVAC or dehumidification industry.
  • Strong business development skills and the ability to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
