About The Role

The Director of Sales Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire sales operations function within Walker Advertising, focusing on developing and implementing strategies to optimize sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive client experience. This role would be responsible for optimization on Walkerlink portal site for clients as well as optimization on SalesForce for Sales Executives account management needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process.
  • Design and implement process improvements to streamline sales activities, including lead opportunity management, closing conversion as well as overall account management (health score).
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks and best practices to ensure consistent sales execution.
  • SalesForce Management:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Salesforce system, ensuring data accuracy and utilization by the sales team.
  • Develop and manage SaleForce account management process and work with data team to create reporting dashboards to track key sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives.
  • Client Service Opportunities:
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to improve Client Service team efficiencies.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales operations and collaborate with supporting teams.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the sales operations team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position with a demonstrated track record of improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deep Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate sales strategies and performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Strong leadership capabilities and a focus on team development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Pay Range

$120,000- $140,000 base salary per year plus 10% annual bonus and quarterly performance bonuses (Remote - United States)
