Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record of winning new business and driving revenue growth. This role requires a hunter mentality—someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, closing deals, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate can clearly articulate their five biggest wins from 2024 and demonstrate a history of exceeding sales targets. While the role is remote - we are looking for a candidate that lives in Los Angelos Metro area or will relocate there.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, leveraging industry insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Differentiate and promote products and services through compelling value propositions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, manufacturer representatives, and distributors, to expand market share.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and lead high-impact sales conversations at all levels.
  • Attend and represent the company at key industry events, including tradeshows, conferences, and regulatory sessions.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring follow-through from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop and execute specific action plans to enhance channel sales performance.
  • Provide technical and product training to customers, agents, and distributors.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales records, reporting key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the energy industry or related technical fields.
  • Track Record: Must be able to clearly articulate five major sales wins from 2024, demonstrating a history of quota achievement and business growth.

  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent ability to articulate value propositions and differentiate products/services.
  • Deep understanding of channel strategies and sales functions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling sales pitches.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and customer relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, industry events, and corporate engagements.
