We are seeking a data-driven and strategic focused Director of Global Sales Operations to lead our sales operations functions and drive sales performance optimization across our direct sales AECO business. This critical role required a leader who can align sales strategies with overall business objectives, ensure data-driven decision making, optimize sales processes and drive execution.

What You Will Do
β
Be part of the evolution as our AECO business expands globally. In this new position, youβll be spearheading sales operations initiatives and fostering strong stakeholder relationships globally. Your role will center on leveraging your expertise in sales strategy & planning, sales performance, and process improvement & technology across our global operations. Youβll work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, People Experience (PX), Marketing and additional teams globally whilst working closely with our regionally based stakeholder groups to deliver value through locally driven requirements. This position will oversee the Sales Operations teams in Americas, EMEA, APAC and our O&PS businesses and report directly to the VP of Global Sales Operations & Enablement

- Ownership of annual planning; GTM design including implementation of sales quotas, territories, and account alignments across our global direct sales organization
- Develop and execute strategies for optimizing sales performance and productivity
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set and achieve revenue targets
- Design and administration of sales compensation plans
- Contribute to the design and execution of other sales incentives
- Develop and drive sales performance plans in partnership with PX
- Monitor and improve AE and Manager KPIs
- Develop and maintain interactive sales dashboards and custom reports in partnership with Sales BI
- Ensure data quality and integrity in CRM systems and other sales tools
- Utilize data to uncover insights, predict risk and opportunities and recommend action and strategy
- Make fair, rigorous, and consistent decisions (or recommendations) on sales policies, incentive eligibility, performance plans, etc. in partnership with PX and Sales Leadership
- Identify opportunities in sales process and implement process improvements
- Provide input on the sales tech stack and evaluate and recommend new tools to enhance sales effectiveness globally
- Drive overall sales productivity and remove friction for frontline teams

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
β
- Proven experience in sales operations leadership roles, preferably with a global focus
- Strong background in sales performance management, data analytics and process optimization
- Expertise in designing and implementing sales quotas, territories and compensation plans
- Strong process management and execution skills
- Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting and performance tracking
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data governance findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage and drive change within an organization
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI techniques to enhance sales processes is a plus.

About Your Location

Ideally you will work hybrid from one of our offices in the US, but open to fully remote for the right candidate. You may be asked to travel on occasion internationally to other regions. You should therefore be willing and able to travel (Valid passport is required).
