This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Construction Implementation Manager to lead the installation and activation of EV charging infrastructure across multifamily properties. You will oversee projects from permitting and procurement to construction and activation, ensuring seamless execution, budget adherence, and quality standards.

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will work closely with property owners, developers, and contractors to keep installations on track, solve challenges proactively, and drive process improvements. If you have a passion for EV charging, infrastructure, and project management, this role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact in the fast-growing clean tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from permitting and procurement through construction and activation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
• Oversee contractors remotely, addressing challenges to keep installations on track and within budget.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency from installation to activation.
• Identify and mitigate risks in real-time, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Track project performance, manage schedules and budgets, and drive successful long-term partnerships with property owners and developers.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of project management experience in construction, EV charging, or multifamily housing.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly related to EV charging infrastructure, power distribution, and electrical permitting.
• Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and keep projects moving forward.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a proactive approach.
• Passion for EV charging, clean technology, and making infrastructure more accessible.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
