Role Overview:

Evisort is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Implementation Consultant to help implement our industry-leading contract analytics solutions, capable of supporting all contract types and related use cases. This role is pivotal in helping understand our clients’ specific business needs, advising them on transforming their contract management processes and configuring solutions to derive significant value. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leveraging their extensive expertise in legal and/or business processes and the application of AI technology to drive business value, improve operational efficiency, and achieve the desired outcomes with a SaaS software solution.

This position oversees the implementation of Evisort’s service offerings, including aspects of change readiness and deployment strategies, supporting customer initiatives, and assisting clients in driving transformational change across business domains and processes. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, critical thinking, hands-on building and configuring, and problem-solving to deliver solutions that enable and accelerate the customer and its organization to achieve its goals. Additionally, this position will work closely with Sales and Account Managers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Data Science, Product teams, and senior leadership to deliver the desired solution.

Job Description:

  • The Implementation Consultant (IC) position is integral to our Professional Services Organization, which delivers Contract Intelligence and Workflow solutions to our customers. Harness product expertise, industry knowledge, and technical and value-oriented specifications to provide trusted, high-ROI solutions to customers.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • The Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering Evisort solutions to customers. This position is responsible for developing high expertise across the Evisort platform.

Solution Deployment:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously, following PS implementation standards and methodology defined in Evisort’s Services offerings and packages.
  • Conduct requirements workshops to understand business needs and advise clients on their to-be agreement workflows and gather technical and business requirements.
  • Translate them into functional and scalable processes using Evisort’s no-code platform and API.
  • Support the creation of to-be workflows, with supporting project documentation such as user stories and other project artifacts
  • Ability to act as the Project Manager and Implementation Consultant on smaller-scale enterprise or SMB accounts
  • Harness product expertise, industry knowledge, and both technical and value-oriented specifications to deliver trusted, high-ROI solutions to customers
  • Deliver technical implementation activities from post-sale to support transition for PS engagements as required for key customers and to load balance with the rest of the team
  • Configure features of the Evisort platform for the customer by utilizing customer metadata
  • Build Document X-Ray™ models to extract specific data from contracts
  • Write test plans/perform testing, manage and resolve issues, and support the creation of client training materials
  • Coordinate aspects of project work with offshore resources.

  • Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, documented, and translated into specifications to enable no-code configuration.Excellent verbal and written business communication skills with high emphasis on professionalism, proper grammar, and accurate spelling

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A recognized degree in business administration, computer science, a Bachelor of Science, or legal (JD)
  • Practitioner in legal operations, contract management and administration, commercial contract management and administration, preferred
  • 3+ years of external/client-facing consulting experience working with global enterprises performing business and requirements generation, solution design and configuration of a SaaS product
  • Hands-on project management experience using tools like SmartSheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.
  • Practitioner in legal operations, contract management and administration, commercial contract management and administration
  • And ideally, specific experience in CLM, Contract Intelligence (AI), or a SaaS company, and expertise with Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other CLM solutions.
  • Hands-on project management experience leading projects and using tools such as SmartSheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.
