80% Travel required (4 days a week)

Manager Notes:

• Need to have come from a Professional Services background and implemented enterprise software for clients. Does not want someone who has implemented software for the company they work for, it needs to be for clients/customer facing.
• Coming from a professional services background they need to understand personal utilization and billable hours.
• Travel on average will be 2 a month, some months maybe more and some less based on the customer needs.
• Open to any location in the US.
• They are a 40 year very successful company but he said at times they act as a startup. Need someone who can jump in, be proactive, is not expecting a detailed playbook, help with process improvement and can go in and figure things out.
• Interview process will be a 3 step process with the last one having a 10-15 minute presentation.
• This can be on anything or something they have presented in the past, he is looking for communication, how they organize the presentation and delivery.

JOB TITLE: Implementation Consultant

SUMMARY

• The Implementation Consultant role is a key part of Amtech’s Professional Services team, leading or supporting the implementation of Amtech software for our customers.
• This role requires in-depth product knowledge and a strong consultative skillset to effectively work with our customers on how to best implement & derive value from our software.
• Team members must be comfortable working on-site and virtually as part of one or more customer engagements.
• Throughout the life cycle of our projects, the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for everything from leading requirements workshops, configuring our software, and creating process documentation, to delivering user training, troubleshooting suspected issues, and supporting our customers’ manufacturing sites as they go-live with their Amtech solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have experience implementing solutions as part of an enterprise application software company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Implementation Consultant is expected to:

• Work with other members of the Professional Services team to successfully implement Amtech’s software for our customers.
• Lead and support customer implementation activities such as requirements gathering, creation of documentation, testing, and training as dictated by the scope of a project.
• Assist in the development of presentations and proposals for purposes of delivery to customers and/or internal stakeholders.
• Support organizational initiatives of Amtech including sales cycle support, practice aid development, and improving operating procedures.
• Have an extensive understanding of the capabilities and functionality of Amtech’s solutions and familiarity with the industries our solutions support.
• Mentor and support other Implementation Services team members to improve their skillsets and ability to successfully implement Amtech’s solutions.
• Consultants are expected to achieve a customer utilization level of 75% or greater.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent organization, time management, and written & verbal communication skills.
• Highly effective working in cross functional teams.
• Responsive to customer’s needs.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Comfortable and capable multi-tasking.
• Interested in moving up in the organization.
• Experience implementing enterprise application software, especially in a manufacturing environment. Successful track record within professional services organization.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Able to travel in support of customer projects. Not required, but some preferred

Skills include:

• Experience in the corrugated box or folding carton industry
• Familiarity with one or more of Amtech’s solutions
• Bi-lingual (Spanish)
