Job Purpose

​

PHINIA is looking for a dynamic, results driven Global Digital Factory Implementation Manager to join the team. In this role you will have the ability to Lead and shape the future of manufacturing engineering by driving Industry 4.0 digitization initiatives, setting strategic direction to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional value to PHINIA

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Lead team meetings and project reviews focused on manufacturing site improvements.  
  • Oversee pricing reviews with Industry 4.0 suppliers and IT teams.  
  • Coordinate Industry 4.0 development activities for plant operations.  
  • Manage project meetings and track progress on I4.0 initiatives.  
  • Develop and maintain timing charts for ongoing I4.0 projects within plants.  
  • Ensure manufacturing products comply with relevant industry legislation.  
  • Establish timing and milestones for Industry 4.0 program deployment at production sites.  
  • Evaluate I4.0 suppliers and solutions for plant-specific needs.  
  • Collaborate with plants and IT to implement pilot I4.0 projects and evaluate solutions.  
  • Develop I4.0 roadmaps, budgets, and governance procedures for plant implementation.  
  • Remain aware of relevant industry information.  
  • Attend conference and forums to support PHINIA I4.0 strategy.  
  • Track project investment.  
  • Verify data from external I4.0 sources.  
  • Network with corporate experts.  
  • Lead Global Energy monitoring project rollout.

What We’re Looking For

​

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or Science.  
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.  
  • Strong commitment to Safety and Quality standards.  
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and aware of the latest AI solutions.  
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally and internationally.  
  • Professional in appearance, approach, and able to work independently.  
  • Strong ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
