Head of Inside Sales
We have been retained by our client to identify a Head of Inside Sales, a newly created role within their organization. This role will be accountable for creating innovative sales and retention strategies while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
We are searching for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Proven record of leading high-performing Direct-to-Consumer Inside Sales Call Center organizations to include multiple levels of sales and service professionals.
- Inbound and outbound sales experience required.
- Proven success motivating a sales organization.
- Demonstrated success in strengthening an organization's operational capabilities to include improved sales scripts, as well as new product and promotion opportunities.
- Success partnering with other departments, including technology, product management, and finance, to ensure the inside sales organization has the tools it needs to be successful.
- Demonstrated success in sales forecasting to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- The wisdom to effectively retain top talent while coaching and developing the broader organization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging 3rd party vendors to provide additional proactive sales support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong data-based decision-making skills to effectively analyze data and trends to aid in making impactful strategic and operational decisions.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
