Position Overview

The Head of US Sales – Healthcare will be responsible for driving sales growth within the healthcare vertical. This role will focus on building and expanding relationships with key clients, identifying new market opportunities, and developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BPO sales, with a strong focus on healthcare, and will be capable of leading high-level negotiations with C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up Sales function for Inspiro's healthcare sector
• Lead business development efforts for Inspiro’s healthcare BPO services, driving revenue and market share growth.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, insurance providers, and healthcare organizations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with industry trends, client needs, and company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at healthcare institutions to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, solutions) to create tailored solutions for potential clients.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
