About the position:

As Sensi’s Implementation Manager, you will onboard new clients and continue to engage, retain, and drive our customer adoption and engagement throughout their partnership. As an advocate for each customer, you will build relationships, drive product adoption, and empower teams to fulfill their business goals. This role will require 50% travel.

About the role:

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our innovative AI system's seamless integration and optimal utilization. You will work closely with your assigned clients to help them position Sensi with their clients, seniors, and referral partners. You will help speak to the benefits of Sensi and train our clients and their teams to do the same while overcoming objections to the service. Your ability to present Sensi will be crucial to our clients' success.

This will include visiting our clients and training them to install and position Sensi in seniors' homes with their families. An innovative mindset, drive to cultivate positive relationships, and desire to contribute effectively to multi-tiered projects are imperative.

Responsibilities:

  • Present Sensi’s product, value proposition, and capabilities to end users and their families in their private homes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our B2B clients.
  • Support clients in positioning Sensi with referral partners (including hospitals, independent living communities, and government agencies).
  • Training clients on Sensi’s product benefits and talking points.
  • Manage a book of clients supporting with ongoing enablement of agencies.
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams and provide active feedback to inform Sensi’s product strategy.
  • At least 50% Travel is expected for this role.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing relationships or selling/training in person.
  • Successfully managed a portfolio of clients.
  • Ability to connect to your audience and communicate complex ideas simply and concisely.
  • High energy with stamina to perform consistently at a high level.
  • High level of ownership and independence.
  • A team player with strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or home care industry is an asset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organization is a plus.
