Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience.
• Proficiency in phone and video-conferencing.
• Strong reputation for professional communication.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms; willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently for 15-20 hours weekly.
• Previous experience as self-employed or independent contractor preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop your own sales team.
• Operate independently, managing workload and schedule autonomously.
• Drive business growth through strategic marketing of our online educational offerings and live events.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and communication skills, for placing targeted ads.
• Utilize Microsoft Office proficiently, with excellent written and verbal English.
• Leverage social media for outreach and client engagement; adaptable and eager to learn.

Operational Expectations:

• Attend regular global Zoom training meetings.
• Maintain CRM system for lead management and tracking.
• NO COLD CALLING, required: Generate leads through our targeted ad strategies.

Compensation Plan:

• All performance-based compensation.
• High ticket sales with generous profit margins on each sale.
• $10,000 - $20,000 per month within 6 - 12 months
• Senior-level directors may develop a book of business for recurring revenue.

• Remote work opportunity: requires only laptop, phone, and internet access.
