A global cross-border payments company with offices worldwide are offering the opportunity for an Implementation Manager to join the team. You will ensure a seamless process for their tier-1 banking and fintech clients in the integration of payments API products.
Responsibilities of the Implementation Manager:
- Presales activities like demonstrating the products, utilizing APIs, SDKs and other tools
- Scope client requests and translate business requirements into tech specs
- Integrate global payment solutions with key clients across the globe
- Manage the process from end to end, including presales, onboarding, integration and post-sales efforts.
- Review service tickets from clients in Zendesk and ensure the relationship with the client is managed well
Requirements of the Implementation Manager:
- Strong expertise and understanding of the global payments landscape is a must
- API integration experience is essential
- Technical troubleshooting skills using best practices and tools
- experience with client support or technical account management
- Track record of launching integrations with cross functional teams
This is a hybrid opportunity so the successful candidate must be able to work at least 3 days a week in their New York office.
