About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Manager to join Priori’s Software Team. In this position, you will play a critical role in onboarding law departments and law firms, ensuring smooth implementations, and providing exceptional customer support. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with Priori’s various internal teams and external partners and manage high-value stakeholder relationships to ensure timely delivery and success.
In this role you will:
- Manage end-to-end software implementations for law departments and law firms, ensuring successful onboarding and product adoption.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows, business needs, and technical requirements.
- Attend implementation meetings, assisting in tracking and summarizing action items, coordinating follow-ups, preparing technical and non-technical documentation, maintaining information in internal systems, and assisting with overall strategy.
- Provide training and ongoing support to Priori Software customers, serving as a key point of contact for inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and best practices for customers.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the Software products as the products are updated and ensure updates are accurately reflected in our processes and documentation.
- Support Software leadership in managing the implementation of new Software law departments to ensure they have an excellent experience onboarding to Priori.
- Provide additional support to new clients as we grow and help train new team members as Software grows.
- Provide operational support to the Software team, including on law firm calls, data collection, validation and testing, and customer success and support, providing hands-on assistance and helping create and implement processes to ensure the Software team can move quickly and be responsive to client needs.
- Lead data collection and maintenance efforts, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with system requirements.
- Structure, analyze, and maintain client data for optimal use within Priori Software.
- Work closely with internal teams to refine data management processes and enhance system functionalities.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize feature enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Assist with quality assurance and testing of software updates, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies and best practices to improve efficiency.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably in the legal tech industry.
- Experience working with legal e-billing software or other legal technology solutions is highly desirable.
- You thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- A bachelor’s degree or significant post-secondary education in a relevant major.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills, particularly in data collection, structuring, and maintenance.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a proven ability to support and train end-users.
- Experience in directly managing project staff resources.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data tools, spreadsheets, and software platforms commonly used in legal tech.
- Competency in google applications, Sheets, Docs, Slides.
- Competency in Airtable, Jira, and Salesforce is a plus.
- PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.
