Senior Implementation Manager opportunity!

We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead high-impact partner integrations and drive growth through seamless project execution. In this role, you'll work with some of the world’s biggest banks and businesses, managing complex implementations from kickoff to launch while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality delivery.

📍 This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. Candidates MUST be located in Austin or open to relocating.

What You’ll Do:  

✅ Lead large-scale implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks.  

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Sales teams.  

✅ Solve complex integration challenges, influencing both executive and technical stakeholders.  

✅ Manage governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate financial and operational risks.  

✅ Travel internationally to work with global teams and partners.

What We’re Looking For:  

🔹 6+ years of project management experience in banking, payments, or fintech.  

🔹 Expertise in API and SWIFT-based payment integrations within financial services.  

🔹 Proven ability to manage multi-phase projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.  

🔹 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of overcoming regulatory and operational challenges.  

🔹 Excellent communication skills—able to engage and influence both executives and technical teams.  

🔹 Canadian banking experience is a plus!
