As an Implementation Manager, you are the "go to" person for your clients so that they can fully understand our products, how they work together and all the benefits they offer. Simply put, you are here to ensure their implementation goes smoothly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and maintain a high level of expertise on our product and services.
- Provide in-depth training on our QMS (Quality Management System), including best practices and workflows customized to each client's needs.
- Scope and manage data import and integration projects along side developers.
- Exercise lab/hospital industry knowledge to support application use cases for a variety of industries.
- Coordinate multiple communication channels with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Present varied content including kick off, training calls and projects plans to medium scale project teams.
- Able to communicate complex issues and ideas into easily understood concepts.
- Act as a primary point of contact, relationship owner, and trainer, to ensure client success though system expertise on best practices, advising and addressing implementation issues or concerns, and delivering the overall implementation of our systems.
- Engage in client de-escalation and change control activities.
- Ensure the implementation process is moving efficiently throughout, tracking the progress of each project milestone in our project management tools.
- Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and work with clients to develop achievable timelines and program goals.
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables with internal and external teams.
- Actively support team growth and improvement through coaching and mentorship.
- Contribute to and continuously improve overall project processes.
- Participate in establishing best practices, templates and policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years in Client Onboarding or Implementation, working in software implementations, or similar experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a client facing position.
- Previous training experience, preferred software training experience.
- Organized and enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic online/SaaS (Software as a Service) concepts.
- Proven time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, or as part of a team.
- Project oriented mindset.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous QMS admin or training experience.
- PMP or formal project management experience.
- Previous experience working with data import tools.
