Plymouth Psych Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Implementation Manager to lead critical projects and improve operational efficiency within the company. This is a part-time position, ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys implementing technology-driven solutions. The role will involve managing multiple key initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, technology management, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
- Evaluate and streamline clinic workflows to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to support the clinics growth and success.
- Identify areas for improvement and execute strategies to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Employee Management & Support
- Assist with staff scheduling, performance tracking, and resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure clear communication and goal alignment.
- Support onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives for staff.
Project & Implementation Management
- Lead and oversee projects that support clinic operations, growth, and service improvements.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with clinic goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement new programs, technologies, or policies.
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Maintain and improve clinic documentation, policies, and operational protocols.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in operations, project management, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus.
