About the Role

Our client is looking for an Implementations Success Manager to facilitate the onboarding and implementation of clients onto the platform. An entrepreneurial mindset, determination, and a strong commitment to excellence in client onboarding are essential for this position. The implementation team takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the agent assistant tool setup, including analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution, process training, initial live run support, and transition to Customer Success. The ideal candidate will adeptly implement new business solutions while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, working with medium to large-sized enterprises without limits on complexity or functionality.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assess client requirements, workflows, and automations to fulfill specific needs.

  • Utilize the proprietary configuration management tool to plan and configure the agent assistant to meet specifications.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive implementation roadmaps for clients.

  • Adapt app configurations in response to evolving client requirements.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on critical issues and overall project status.

  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through prompt delivery of solutions according to client timelines.

  • Support clients through validation, testing, and the go-live phases.

  • Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced agile environment.

  • Provide tier 3 advanced configuration support as part of the support structure.

  • Document the implementation framework effectively.

  • Encourage innovative ideas and share recommendations to guide future developments.

  • Have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Implementation roles within the B2B SaaS sector.

  • Possess experience in implementing software products.

  • Have knowledge of Web & API Development, including basic familiarity with security considerations and file formats (e.g., JSON).

  • Understand process management principles.

  • Exhibit a self-starter attitude and can operate independently.

  • Display strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrate excellent collaboration capabilities.

  • Have familiarity or experience working in an agile setting.
