Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an isolved HCM Consultant. As an isolved HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in the areas of Human Capital Management. Your daily tasks will include providing HR and Payroll consulting, implementing isolved software, and advising clients on HCM best practices. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Capital Management
• Experience in Payroll, Workforce Management, and Benefits Administration
• Experience and Proficiency with isolved HCM software
• Experience and Proficiency migrating client from legacy systems to isolved HCM
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
