Lead ServiceNow Solutions Architect - 1 Year Contract
Description
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer for a 1-year contract position. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Architecting scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Leading requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
- Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and performance.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the following qualifications are required:
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor, including functionalities such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs).
- Proven work experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and other web development tools and techniques like HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX for building user interfaces.
- Experience in building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or application developer (CAD).
Additional Information
- Must currently reside in the RTP area.
- Must be a US Citizen or possess a Green Card.
- W-2 Rate: Up to $60/hour.
