Position Description 

​

• The Maximo Implementation Support resource will be responsible for performing the following key tasks associated with Maximo implementation projects.
• Update source data that will be used to load into the Maximo system. This will include updates to correct (or “clean”) the source data as well as to account for standardizing the data as part of associated data requirements.
• Develop test scripts to be used to perform various testing required for the Maximo implementation. This includes application, reports, interface, and end-to-end process testing.
• Perform testing of Maximo application configurations, reports, and end-to-end processes. Provide support during the testing of Maximo interfaces.
• Provide support to the customer to complete user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Develop training materials needed for user training
• Deliver Maximo user training, which may be performed in a classroom environment (face-to-face) or in a virtual setting (e.g., use MS Teams)
• Provide support to the customer following the Maximo implementation Go-Live milestone. This typically involves providing initial (Level 1) support when issues are encountered or answering customer questions.

Experience Requirements

​

• Four (4) years or more of IT Experience
• Two (2) year or more Maximo Functional Experience
• Authorized to work in United States
• A proven track record of providing high quality deliverables on schedule

• 4-year college degree from an accredited college/university
• Working experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Manage, Health, Predict
