Position Overview

​

CORE is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Membership Sales Director to spearhead our franchise sales efforts. This role is critical in identifying, qualifying, and closing franchise Membership deals with top-tier independent property damage restoration contractors who meet CORE’s high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience in B2B prospecting, and a natural ability to build relationships that drive business growth. Experience in franchise sales and/or the restoration industry is a significant advantage.

This is a high-energy sales role that offers the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses while gaining valuable experience in franchise development. The position is remote and provides a pathway to growth within a rapidly expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Franchise Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, engage, and convert top restoration contractors into CORE franchisees through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and industry event participation.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate prospective franchisees on the benefits of joining CORE, demonstrating how our platform, resources, and industry partnerships create unparalleled growth opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct in-depth evaluations of potential franchisees, assessing their financial qualifications, business acumen, and alignment with CORE’s high-performance culture.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and guide prospects through the franchise discovery process, addressing objections and leading negotiations with the support of the legal team.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely movement through the sales funnel.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular updates on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and revenue projections to leadership.

Required Skills And Qualifications

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, franchise sales, or business development.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and attend industry events.
  • Experience in the property damage restoration industry is a strong plus.
