✔️ Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as National Sales Director. This leadership role demands driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with sales reps, distributors, integrators, OEMs, and channels in the fiber optic industry.

  • Base starting at 170K annum, negotiable based on experience

✔️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, building long-term relationships with key clients and channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
  • Conduct sales and market analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Possess a proactive and challenge-driven personality, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

✔️ Qualifications:

  • More than 10 years of sales, business development experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing sales team or accounts and delivering substantial revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, company headquarters, and other relevant locations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Possess a proactive and challenge-driven personality, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Traveling is required
