Job Description

Capax have the pleasure of partnering with one of the most established firms in the NetSuite Ecosystem with their executive search for an experienced Sales Leader.

This is an opportunity to join a thriving sales channel, at a firm who's been in business since NetSuite's inception. You'd have full backing from leadership, marketing and given the reigns to grow the "Alliance Channel" of the business.

The group are renowned for their specialism, across a variety of verticals and are well known to be market leaders in multiple industries.

You'd be tasked with growing and managing the relationship with the Alliance Programme and working directly with NetSuite itself to manage prospects to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Alliance Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NetSuite’s Alliance and Channel teams, understanding their strategic priorities and aligning them with our sales objectives.
  • Leverage the NetSuite Alliance Programme to identify business development opportunities and create a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in NetSuite consulting services, including implementation, customization, and support.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through the alliance channel, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, consulting, and marketing) to craft compelling proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Pipeline & Relationship Management:
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with NetSuite and other partners in the ecosystem.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Insights & Reporting:
  • Stay up-to-date with NetSuite product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position our services effectively in the market.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment on performance against targets.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a senior sales role within the ERP/NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of success in selling NetSuite consulting services, with a deep understanding of the NetSuite Alliance Programme.
  • Experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities, particularly within the NetSuite Alliance ecosystem.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex business needs into solutions that deliver value.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
