Platform Implementation Manager, Technology Solutions

100% Remote within California, Must reside in California

1-Year Limited Term, Part Time position. 20 Hours per week.

We are seeking a Platform Implementation Manager, Technology Solutions to join the Foundation in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do

Technology Solutions department is seeking a highly technical Implementation Manager with a strong background in business analysis. The Platform Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the technical configuration, integration, and rollout of several integrated customer-success solutions.

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of integrated customer success solutions  
  • Oversee the integration of various data sources into the central customer success platform, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security  
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with business objectives

  • Self-directed and self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities ensures that all communications, deliverables, and work products are accurate, professional, and audience appropriate while adhering to deadlines.  
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and techniques (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and in Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Success solutions, preferably including Snowflake and Totango  
  • Proactively utilizes thinking to address challenges, collaborating closely with diverse teams to identify and swiftly respond to emerging needs.  
  • Configure and update BI solutions and dashboards per stakeholder requirements  
  • Support the mission of the FoundationCCC and a culture of continuous improvement

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range  

$55.00 - $75.00

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
