We are a leading IT software solutions company and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Sales Director to lead and grow our ServiceNow practice. We are a ServiceNow partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a sales strategy and executing the strategy to build pipeline and opportunities within ServiceNow practice.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Sales Director. The ServiceNow Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships and meeting sales targets. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities :
• Assist in developing sales plan.
• Build a solid sales pipeline by actively hunting new ServiceNow prospects via Apollo, LinkedIn, LinkedIn connections, internal leads and prior connections.
• Build new and leverage existing relationships with C-Suite executives and other decision makers.
• Develop and lead ServiceNow service offerings
• Manage ServiceNow partnership-related issues, including certification and partner status
• Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
• Travel as needed, depending on client appointments
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
