Presales Engineer
Job Description
SparrowGenie is seeking a dynamic Presales Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and our clients, helping to demonstrate the technical capabilities of SparrowGenie products and aligning them with customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during pre-sales discussions.
- Deliver product demonstrations that are tailored to client needs and highlight the unique capabilities of SparrowGenie solutions.
- Develop technical proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the product’s architecture and advantages.
- Respond to technical queries from potential customers and assist in the preparation of detailed product explanations and specifications.
- Participate in product roadshows, conferences, and other marketing activities to showcase our technology.
- Work closely with the product development team to relay customer feedback and insights that can help shape future product enhancements.
- Train and enable sales teams on the technical aspects and benefits of the products, ensuring they are equipped to sell effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of RFP processes and experience with automated RFP tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical information in an accessible manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Passionate about technology with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
