Job Description
As a Presales Solution Engineer (m/f/d) at Flip, you will work closely with our Enterprise and Strategic prospects and customers.
As part of the pre-sales team, you will support our account executives with all technical questions, act as an interface to our product department and train our sales staff in technical matters. Ideally, you have already gained experience in supporting software projects/integrations or as an interface to technical departments. Thanks to your analytical skills, you understand the goals and specific challenges of our customers and play a key role in ensuring that they can take full advantage of their employee app and experience the highest level of service and engagement with Flip.

- provide technical consulting/conceptual services in the sales cycle
- are involved in the qualification of potential prospects and support the sales team with RFI's/RFP's etc.
- conduct technical product presentations, demos, workshops and seminars
- enable our sales team to answer technical questions with confidence
- act as the interface between Sales and R&D
- provide insights into the technical aspects of implementation, use and optimization
- help shape the development of sustainable presales processes
What you bring to the table
You...
- have at least 3 years of experience in presales or solution consulting, preferably at a leading SaaS provider or consultancy
- bring robust experience working with vice-president and C-level of large companies
- have excellent communication skills with leads and use your (pre-)sales experience to conduct challenging conversations in a professional manner
- can understand and explain concepts related to SSO, master data provision and integration, ideally with insights into enterprise IT architecture
- have a very strong hands-on mentality, work things out and implement them
- don't want to spend your working day in just one place and have a certain willingness to travel
- bring excellent English and German skills with you
