The Procore Implementation Specialist / Document Control Manager will be responsible for Procore implementation and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to support project teams and ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Document Management:
- Implement Procore as the site document control system to organize and manage project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all project-related documents.
- Version Control:
- Manage document version control to ensure that all team members have access to the latest revisions of documents.
- Implement standardized naming conventions and document numbering systems.
- Document Retrieval:
- Facilitate the quick and accurate retrieval of documents as needed by project teams and other stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized and easily accessible document repository.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of project documents to verify compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or issues.

- Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with project teams to provide document control support and Procore training to team members.
- Promote best practices in document management and control.
- Document Distribution:
- Manage the distribution of documents to appropriate parties, both internally and externally, while maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Track and record document distribution.
- Archiving and Retention:
- Establish document retention policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements.
- Safely archive project documents upon project completion.Qualifications:

- Bachelorβs degree in business administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
- SME in Procore with 3+ yearsβ experience in document control management within Procore (relevant certifications are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of document control best practices, procedures, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide training to project teams.
