Our customer is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager that has experience with EPIC Willow implementations for a 2+ year contract.

Responsibilities:

​

• Implementing Epic Willow Ambulatory in outpatient pharmacy system affiliated with the hospital.
• Overseeing Data conversions for implementation.
• Affiliated vendor management.
• Analyze client needs, create clinical workflows, develop strategies tailored to the organization and provide guidance throughout the project.
• Utilizes experience in the managed health care industry and/or an ability to exhibit stellar communication skills across the organization with Care Management, Provider Relations, Compliance, Finance, Customer Service, Claims, FEP and ITS and project teams.
• Oversees all aspects of the program and project schedule throughout the SDLC life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design, testing and implementation phases for the project
