Our client is a leading manufacturer of protective packaging solutions. They're a major global company seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a regional sales team along the East Coast.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a team of 5 account managers and business development managers
• Leading a regional territory comprised of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
• Developing & executing business strategies & account plans to grow the book of business

What We're Looking For:

• Prior people management experience
• Past success building & growing profitable sales teams
• Experience in protective or industrial packaging solutions, ideally selling through distribution
• Someone located in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia
