Position Snapshot
β
As a Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager, you will lead the onboarding of customers, including overseeing system integrations and monitoring account health to ensure successful and timely implementations. Each account will be managed as an individual project, requiring a structured, project management-driven approach to ensure seamless integrations. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in managing complex projects, a deep understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Readiness.

Core Responsibilities

- Manage all implementation activities, from initial assessment and planning to execution, monitoring account health, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, ensuring they understand processes, systems, and expectations
- Identify and execute process improvements to streamline customer integration and enhance process efficiency
- Oversee customer onboarding into payer portals and third-party systems, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary access
- Proactively monitor customer dashboards and implementation success metrics to identify at-risk accounts and prioritize engagement across customer portfolio
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers and internal teams
- Other duties as assigned

Experience And Skills
β
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer success or customer implementation experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with software/system integration and troubleshooting
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Education And Qualifications

- Bachelorβs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality, or other related field preferred

$60,000-$65,000 depending on experience
