Sales Director Key Responsibilities
Your mission is clear: Spearhead revenue acceleration by introducing our revolutionary 2 Hour Learning solution to private schools across the nation. You'll be the architect of our market penetration strategy, laying the foundation for exponential year-over-year growth while transforming educational outcomes.
Basic Requirements
- Battle-tested B2B sales warrior with 3+ years of consistent quota-crushing experience
- Master of the full-cycle sales process, from prospecting to champagne-popping moments
- Armed with valuable experience in EdTech, K-12 education, SaaS, or related fields
- Relationship alchemist who transforms conversations into partnerships
- Tech-savvy professional with proven CRM expertise (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- US/Canada-based road warrior (Northeast preferred) ready to spend 50-75% time in the field
- Private school market insider with deep understanding of the ecosystem

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
