About the Role
This position will be responsible for leading the sales team and executing our GTM strategy. You will use a combination of hard work, curiosity, and leadership skills to manage, motivate, and mentor a team of Account Executives covering the US and Canada. Your team will prospect into the 87% of the Fortune 500 that use SAP software, field channel leads, and sell award-winning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Hands-On Sales Leadership: Roll up your sleeves to manage daily sales operations. Mentor, coach, and motivate your team while executing tactical initiatives that drive revenue.
- Strategic Influence: Work closely with senior leadership to shape sales and marketing strategy. Develop a deep understanding of the product and market to provide front-line feedback.
- Drive Revenue: Oversee the entire sales process—from strategic prospecting and pipeline development to closing high-value deals—ensuring our solutions reach the right customers at the right time.
- Be the Sales Authority: Empower your team to articulate the value of our award-winning solutions to decision-makers who demand results. Refine messaging and content to maximize sales results.
- Forecast & Execute: Accurately forecast sales projections and manage performance metrics. Ensure that every team member is accountable for their pipeline and outcomes.
- Manage Strategic Accounts: Directly manage a portfolio of strategic house accounts, ensuring these key relationships are nurtured and leveraged to drive recurring revenue and market expansion.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, presales, and customer success teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
Between 8-15 years’ experience (min-max) in enterprise technology sales with ACV >150K
Required Skills
- 3+ years’ experience successfully selling SAP-adjacent technology solutions
- Any form of Leadership experience in either work or personal life
- Consistent (and recent) success as an individual contributor
- At least one experience working in a fast-paced/small team environment selling a niche B2B product
- Infectious personality – warm but high command
- ability to travel 30% to clients
Preferred Skills
- Bonus: comfort operating in and/or optimizing Hubspot CRM
- Bonus: technical education or prior experience in a technical role (CSM/SE)
Pay range and compensation package
$180k with target $180k bonus
