Austin, TX (Hybrid) OTE: $150,000-$180,000 + Equity

About the Role: 

Oscar is hiring on behalf of a VC-backed SaaS company scaling GTM functions. We're seeking a founding Sales Director to build, lead, and execute revenue strategy.

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach, and lead SDR and AE teams
  • Build outbound playbooks and pipeline metrics
  • Own forecasting and report directly to CRO or CEO
  • Collaborate with Product and CS for full-funnel insights

​

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales with at least 2 years in leadership
  • Built/led teams through $1-5M+ ARR growth
  • Strong operational and coaching mindset
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience

​
