About the Role:
Oscar is hiring on behalf of a VC-backed SaaS company scaling GTM functions. We're seeking a founding Sales Director to build, lead, and execute revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, coach, and lead SDR and AE teams
- Build outbound playbooks and pipeline metrics
- Own forecasting and report directly to CRO or CEO
- Collaborate with Product and CS for full-funnel insights

Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years in SaaS sales with at least 2 years in leadership
- Built/led teams through $1-5M+ ARR growth
- Strong operational and coaching mindset
- Prior startup or scale-up experience
