Support in implementing and operating the HPE Ezmeral Datafabric solution, with a focus on optimisation, integration and technical support

Objectives

• Assist the customer with all existing HPE Ezmeral Datafabric software bricks.
• Analysing/defining customer/solution requirements as part of a tech consultancy approach.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the customer's IT solutions while limiting risks.
• Provide cross-functional technical vision plus an advisory role in Data transformation strategies.
• Implement and roll out quality IT infrastructures in line with established specifications.
• Drafting project documentation and transferring knowledge.
• Implement components such as: Airflow, Ranger, Hue, Hive, MaprDB, Spark, Yarn, Tez UI, Drill, Nifi, CMDB, MCS.
• Technical management of the solution and its dependencies in the customer's ecosystem (LDAP, backup, Habilitation, VIP F5, Certificate, etc.).
• Assisting the RUN teams with operating procedures, updating the solution and its components in line with business changes.
• Assisting the RUN teams with ticket management and resolution (troubleshooting, support tickets, etc.).

Skills required:

• Mastery of HPE Ezmeral Datafabric and its components: Airflow, Ranger, Hue, Hive, MaprDB, Spark, Yarn, Tez UI, Drill, Nifi, CMDB, MC.
• Experience in IT architecture, integration of complex solutions and MCO support.
• Analysis, troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• French Mandatory English professional.
