Job Overview:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in hunting for new sales opportunities, with a proven track record of driving revenue and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in IT services or products, including Quality Engineering.  

  

Required Qualifications:  

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales within IT Services or products.  
  • Strong expertise in IT Quality Assurance concepts, methodologies, and solutions.  
  • Proven success in hunting for new business and exceeding sales targets.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively.  
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the US for client meetings and industry events.  

  

Additional Skills & Qualities:  

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.  
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.  
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.  
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.  
  • Someone who is stable in their current tenure as well as has experience with a service-based IT company.
