Sales Implementation Project Coordinator

You will play a crucial role in coordinating the implementation process within a remote setting. This position involves working with various software tools, including Salesforce, Smartsheet, and SAP FIT, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or life science preferred.
- Interest in project management, commercial operations, and working in a healthcare environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and excellent follow-through.
- Demonstrated skills in collaboration, driving results, and customer focus.
- Experience with complex software, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Create a project detail package and Menu Confirmation in the Initial Order Tool for the Project Manager.
- Provide tracking of installation and initial orders to address backordered products appropriately.
- Complete Project Closure activities, including start-up credit submission, analyzer removal tasks, and project closure communication.
- Support Project Managers in delivering business objectives and ensuring an exceptional experience for the company's customers.
