You will play a crucial role in coordinating the implementation process within a remote setting. This position involves working with various software tools, including Salesforce, Smartsheet, and SAP FIT, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or life science preferred.
• Interest in project management, commercial operations, and working in a healthcare environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and excellent follow-through.
• Demonstrated skills in collaboration, driving results, and customer focus.
• Experience with complex software, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

​

• Create a project detail package and Menu Confirmation in the Initial Order Tool for the Project Manager.
• Provide tracking of installation and initial orders to address backordered products appropriately.
• Complete Project Closure activities, including start-up credit submission, analyzer removal tasks, and project closure communication.
• Support Project Managers in delivering business objectives and ensuring an exceptional experience for the company's customers.
