Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Use your Salesforce expertise to work closely with key business stakeholders, translating their strategies and goals into Salesforce-driven solutions through effective engagement, documentation, and leadership.
• Strategic Requirements Management: Lead discovery sessions to create actionable user story backlogs, ensuring alignment between client objectives and Salesforce capabilities.
• Holistic Solution Design: Craft Salesforce implementation plans that emphasize business process optimization, focusing on native capabilities and reducing complexity.
• Business Value Focus: Collaborate with clients to prioritize user stories that maximize business outcomes while managing risks.
• Consultative Leadership: Guide clients through Salesforce design decisions with clear, strategic insights, enabling them to leverage Salesforce as a tool for growth and innovation.
• Adoption and Enablement: Develop training plans and enablement strategies to ensure clients successfully integrate and maximize the value of Salesforce solutions.

Education & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or consulting, with expertise in Financial Services Cloud.
• Extensive background in business analysis, process optimization, and financial services, especially banking.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to manage requirements, develop user stories, and create actionable roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with AppExchange integrations and data migration.

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel to client sites as needed for workshops and solution delivery.
