🔍 ## What We’re Looking For  

• Experience in building low/no-code solutions or technical solutions consulting  
• Familiarity with APIs and REST principles  
• Understanding of web development (HTML, JavaScript, deployment)  
• Knowledge of data structure design, software development life cycle, and testing  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• A natural curiosity and hunger to learn

• Experience with C#, Python, or React  
• Background in staffing/recruitment tech (e.g. Bullhorn, Herefish)
