About the Role

Join the newly established Solution Engineering department! Seeking a Solutions Engineer to oversee technical onboarding and integration of the Search product with client environments. Proficiency in cloud technologies, full-stack engineering, and UI development required.

​

What You Will Do

• Lead Technical Onboarding: Guide clients through the technical aspects of onboarding the Search product, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

​

​

• Create Custom Code: Write and maintain custom code to integrate solutions with client systems, tailored to meet specific client needs.

​

​

• Leverage UI Expertise: Use knowledge of front-end technologies to design and implement reliable solutions, leading UI development within the Solutions Engineering team.

​

​

• Research Solutions: Quickly research and develop innovative solutions to address client challenges and improve product offerings.

​

​

• Support Clients: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the onboarding process.

​

​

• Continually Learn: Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.

​

• Collaborate: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure client success and drive product improvements.

​

What You Must Have

• Approximately 3+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with modern UI technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience in a client-facing role with a strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to creatively develop solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly and independently learn new technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is ideal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ideally, experience with search technologies (Solr, Elasticsearch, etc.) and/or familiarity with web crawling and data extraction.

Pay Transparency

• Base Salary: The estimated initial On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000.

​

• Salary Structure: Salary ranges are determined through market analysis and are designed to evolve based on job performance.

​
