Where you fit: 

The Solutions Engineer is responsible for analyzing customer needs and demonstrating how Springbrook can address those requirements. This role provides sales support contributing towards the successful conversion of prospects to customers and engages with customers to nurture upsell purchases.

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with clients and provide focused customer data demonstrations
  • Work with development staff to articulate the value of Springbrook's products and solutions
  • Provide strategic pre-sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support
  • Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of Springbrook's products
  • Communicate daily with sales staff regarding sales activities and strategies
  • Educate and train the sales force in the features and use of Springbrook
  • Be the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
  • Support all strategic deals involving complex application and systems integration
  • Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies
  • Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Technical solution software pre-sales
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer Science or related field or an additional 2 years of relevant software support/sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication in English (written and oral), negotiation, presentation and solution selling skills
  • Experience working with Loopio
  • Experience completing RFP's
  • Organized, ability to put together and demonstrate product presentations
  • Proven expertise on Cloud, Data, Hosting
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant
  • Ability to travel to various conferences and client sites across the country

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry domain knowledge
  • Familiarity with accounting or ERP software sales
  • Familiarity with government sales cycles
