Job Title: Solutions Engineer

Valorx is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our Sales Engineering Team. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for solving complex customer challenges by designing tailored solutions. As a key player in our pre-sales efforts, you will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs, develop and demo custom solutions, and provide expert technical support throughout the sales process.

A typical day in this role includes:

• Collaborating with sales to identify client requirements.
• Translating business needs into technical solutions within Valorx products.
• Designing and presenting Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Demoing Valorx Apps to prospective customers.

​

This is a full-time role with opportunities for on-the-job learning and professional development. Prior programming experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements.
• Design and develop customized solutions using Valorx Fusion and Excel technologies.
• Build POCs and demo solutions to clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Develop Excel-based solutions, including custom automation using VBA or similar tools.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
• Present and demonstrate technical solutions during sales cycles.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, meet all client requirements, and align with best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience with programming languages.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Excel (preferred).
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer) are a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
