We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Position Overview:

​

As a Solutions Engineer at Mission Secure, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful design, delivery and support of our OT cybersecurity platform. Based in the Atlanta area (northern suburbs), this hybrid role will spend approximately 50% of your time on-site at a key customer location and 50% working remotely. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customer, helping them to maximize the value they gain from our platform and building a strong customer relationship by serving as a trusted advisor and expert technical resource. In addition, you will have the opportunity to design and implement solutions for new Mission Secure customers and contribute to the future development of our technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical liaison between Mission Secure and the customer, providing expert guidance and support.
• Develop expert knowledge of the Mission Secure OT cybersecurity platform and ensure optimal configuration and operation of the customer’s platform implementation.
• Provide technical support and consultation, assisting the customer with troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of our products.
• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Represent the voice of the customer within Mission Secure, providing feedback to the product and development teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use our solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, issues, and recommendations, and document all interactions with clients in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

​

• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, systems engineering, or a similar role within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, industrial control systems, and critical infrastructure protection.
• Experience with scripting languages, application development (python, .NET), databases, and analytical tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work on-site approximately 50% at the customer location in the northern Atlanta suburbs.
