Position: Solutions Engineer

About the Role: 

​

​

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace solutions - 

​

​

​

• Create solutions using Dynatrace and deploy them to production - 

​

​

​

• Provide optimal performance and visibility into applications and infrastructure - 

​

​

​

• Interact with internal teams and stakeholders to support technical change management processes - 

​

​

​

• Work within standard operating procedures and contribute to their development - 

​

​

​

• Address business needs proactively and raise exceptional issues as needed - 

​

​

​

• Utilize industry standard Service Desk management solutions such as ServiceNow and Jira - 

​

​

​

• Experience with client build and management solutions like SCCM, JAMF Autopilot/Intune - 

​

​

​

• Contribute as a team member to large corporate projects 

​

​

​

Required Skills: 

​

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new skills 

​

​

​

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - 

​

​

• Strong customer-service orientation -

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision -
