Velocity Tech has partnered with an innovative leader in enterprise search and AI-driven information retrieval to find an exceptional Solution Engineer. This role is critical for integrating cutting-edge neural search and Generative AI solutions into diverse client environments, enabling secure, fast, and intelligent access to key information across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate functionality.
• Customize search solutions for deployment on-premise or in the cloud, ensuring seamless integration.

Technical Expertise

• Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced search technologies, natural language processing, and Generative AI.
• Configure and implement the Generative AI-powered assistant, fine-tuning features for maximum business value.
• Customize UI/UX components and address technical challenges with efficient solutions.

Client Engagement and Support

• Deliver impactful product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Feedback

• Work closely with internal product and engineering teams, relaying client feedback to enhance the product roadmap.

​

Cross-Industry Adaptability

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering tailored solutions across industries such as life sciences, aerospace, and customer service.
• Travel to client locations as needed to provide hands-on support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (CS/IS/IT, Engineering).
• 5+ years of experience implementing large-scale enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and REST API integrations.
• Expertise in frontend development using Angular and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of databases, ETL processes, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, IIS, and Azure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
