We are looking for a Solutions Engineer

To provide technical expertise and support to our sales team, ensuring that customer requirements are met throughout the sales cycle. This role is essential in delivering product demonstrations, introducing new features, and acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Provide technical guidance on POS systems, data integration, and marketing tools (loyalty and promotions)
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products
• Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and project management to ensure seamless solution delivery

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years in sales support, sales engineering, or solutions engineering
• Experience in retail, grocery, or POS systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of technical sales processes and computer operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (experience in Salesforce, ConnectWise, NAV, are a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships, and collaborate with teams
• Proficiency in French or Spanish is a strong asset
